Should I scan before I core a hole in concrete?

Yes!  Hidden conduits could cause an unwanted power outage and could pose an electrocution hazard!  Hidden post tension cables are very costly to repair as well.  It’s better to spend a little now than spending a lot later!
 

Will JULIE or DIGGER find ALL of my buried utilities?

No!  Any customer installed utilities such as site lighting, water lines, phone lines, etc. will not be found by JULIE or DIGGER.
